They are looking for a system analyst to help develop their IT applications and deliver projects. Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide supports to business applications; - Identify problems and participate in problem management resolution by collecting and tracking data and progress; - Coordinate and resolve issues regarding online processing, data level, system status and procedures; - Support production patch and application testing;; - Involve in a variety of IT projects implementing transaction processing application and automation system to meet business or administration requirements; - Maintain and update IT related procedure and document.
