The Job:

  • Working closely with and reporting to the regional Online (digital) Creative Director, you will work with a team of about 4, while collaborating closely with the regional marketing team, tech team, and other stakeholders
  • You will lead and support all design functions of the brands’ eCommerce and digital marketing team
  • Responsible for developing the designs and overseeing the production of visuals for website, graphics for products, social media visuals and banners (both static and rich), develop and oversee email templates and campaigns
  • Understand and own the brand guidelines and product positioning, implement market research data into your design outputs to enhance designs are on-brand and on-target
  • Leveraging your knowledge of UX, you will work closely with UX Designers/Architects, together develop wireframes or translate wireframes into effective UI (User Interfaces)
  • Take care of other ad-hoc design projects when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in graphic design, digital/web design, or a related field
  • At least 3 years experience in digital/web design, proficient in UX design principles, preferably at a digital agency, or the digital design team of sizeable consumer product brands
  • Possess a solid portfolio of Web Design, Digital Marketing campaigns and eCommerce projects
  • Ability to understand briefs, research data and brand guidelines and translate concepts into visuals and designs
  • Be able to present your concepts to internal team(s)
  • Proficiency in HTML, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite tools, FTP, and web design/development principles
  • Excellent communications and international skills, ability to work with little to no supervision but is also a good team player
  • Fluent English a must, Cantonese or Mandarin essential; fluency in a Asian language highly preferred but not required (Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.)
