Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will work with a team 7-8, consisting of felling CRM experts and Data Analysts to provide hands-on analytical solutions and consumer insights to the companies clients, with a focus on CRM.
You will communicate with the clients to understand their business needs, and then come up with tailor-made loyalty/CRM strategies to achieve their marketing goals.
Actively participate in the development and management of fully integrated social loyalty program plans, including the conceptual and design, development and execution of such projects.
Involvement in multi-platforms/channels, such as website, email (edm), social media related projects targeting both English and Chinese audiences
Be the main point of contact to clients’ CRM related needs
Staying most up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies, as well as market best practices for CRM/Loyalty marketing, to constantly enhance program effectiveness.
Not only are you expected to work with the rest of the team (and other teams), as an specialist in CRM, you are also expected to provide professional advises and insights, or to even challenge the existing ways of developing and managing CRM projects, in the aim of ultimately enhancing overall performance of CRM campaigns for the client.
Are you qualified? Yes if you are/got
A degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Statistics, IT or a relevant subject
At least 3 to 4 years relevant working experience in account servicing, with a focus in Digital Marketing, Advertising or Media agencies. Ideally with knowledge or previous experience in CRM
Experienced in manipulating data, analytics, and campaign management
Digital Savvy, proficient in working on web, email/eDM and social media projects
Be able to demonstration excellent client servicing and presentation skills, has the ability to get complicated marketing/CRM strategies across in ways that audience with limited knowledge in such subject matters could easily understand
Someone who can perform with minimal supervision but is a good team player
Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
