Our client is an international beauty product e-commerce site, they are one of the most popular overseas e-commerce shopping platforms for international beauty products. They have footprint all around the world with total headcount of 500 staff.
This stylish brand now looking for a China eCommerce Manager who will be mainly helping them to build up the eCommerce site for China market.

The Job:
- Reporting to the President of the Group
- You will be the Head of eCommerce for Greater China, who will be in charge of the company eCommerce site set up in China and marketplace management
- You will work closely with the IT team on the site management and development
- Besides eCommerce operations, you will also help with series of digital marketing activities including Wechat, Weibo and Xiaohongshu, etc
- Work closely with Global Marketing Team on promotions & marketing campaign
- Periodically review and evaluate the performance of the staffs to maximize the performance of the marketing and e-business activities
- Monitor not only online sales activities, but also co-manage O2O activities and help monitor offline sales activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in eCommerce management, ideally China market related
- Highly proficient and familiar with various eCommerce platforms in mainland China, and the willingness roll up the sleeve to utilize these hands-on knowledge and help/show the team manage the eCommerce operations
- Proven experiences in setting up e-commerce site in China will be highly preferred
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
