- Reporting to one of the founders of the brand in Hong Kong, you will be stationed in the brand’s ShenZhen office.
- You will be the Head of eCommerce for Greater China, leading a team of about 10 mainland China staffs managing daily operations of the brand’s TMall store, and other China eCommerce/mobile-Commerce portals including but not limited to WeChat
- Besides eCommerce operations, you will also help with series of marketing activities
- Devise brand strategies and tactical eCommerce plans, or simple words - job scopes and guidelines that are clear, easy to understand and easy follow/executive for the team of subordinates in China
- Constantly motivate the team, while periodically review and evaluate the performance of the staffs to maximize the performance of the marketing and e-business activities
- Monitor not only online sales activities, but also co-manage O2O activities and help monitor offline sales activities
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 3 to 4 years experience in eCommerce management, ideally China market related
- Working experience in China a big advantage
- Highly proficient and familiar with various eCommerce platforms in mainland China, and the willingness roll up the sleeve to utilize these hands-on knowledge and help/show the team manage the eCommerce operations
- Proven experience in managing a team of 8 or more staffs
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
