This stylish brand now looking for someone at Manager level to managing the existing team of about 12 in their ShenZhen office, to enforce the already robust eCommerce operations of China market.

Reporting to one of the founders of the brand in Hong Kong, you will be stationed in the brand’s ShenZhen office.
You will be the Head of eCommerce for Greater China, leading a team of about 10 mainland China staffs managing daily operations of the brand’s TMall store, and other China eCommerce/mobile-Commerce portals including but not limited to WeChat
Besides eCommerce operations, you will also help with series of marketing activities
Devise brand strategies and tactical eCommerce plans, or simple words - job scopes and guidelines that are clear, easy to understand and easy follow/executive for the team of subordinates in China
Constantly motivate the team, while periodically review and evaluate the performance of the staffs to maximize the performance of the marketing and e-business activities
Monitor not only online sales activities, but also co-manage O2O activities and help monitor offline sales activities
Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
At least 3 to 4 years experience in eCommerce management, ideally China market related
Working experience in China a big advantage
Highly proficient and familiar with various eCommerce platforms in mainland China, and the willingness roll up the sleeve to utilize these hands-on knowledge and help/show the team manage the eCommerce operations
Proven experience in managing a team of 8 or more staffs
