The actual job role will be adjusted according to the different profiles of candidates, however, in a nutshell:
As the head of marketing for the region, you will lead 2 teams totally in about 4 to 6 (with a team of 2 to 3 from each of Hong Kong and China)
You will oversee the development and execution of all of the company's branding and digital marketing campaigns for both Hong Kong and China, associated with the brands' different business streams, including but not limited to F&B, Properties, Event Management & Production, etc.
Collaborate with other internal teams, such as Marcomm & PR, Creative & Design, etc.
You will also work very closely with the CEO and Chairman to raise the overall brand awareness, and to identify potential new businesses opportunities in both Hong Kong & China
Travelling is required
Are you right:
A degree in marketing or a related subject, ideally with top-up digital marketing related certificates
At least 10+ years working experience in Hong Kong and/or China, with a focus in marketing, branding, PR, advertising, etc.
Familiar with the latest digital marketing technologies and social media platforms, especially China ones, such as Voov, Tik Tok (Douyin), WeChat, WeiBo, etc., as well as widely used international social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Proven skills in team management & development
Presentable, Charismatic, Spontaneous
Excellent English required, native Mandarin highly preferred, Cantonese a very good to have
