An award-winning digital advertising agency is looking for a (Global) Media Director to lead their Media department and handle the largest key account in the group.
This is a hybrid role that combined all-rounded media planning (for APAC), account servicing, provide strategy development as well.

What you need to do:
- Managing the media team, as well as the creative, project and analysing teams to ensure the works aligned with client’s brief
- Overseeing development of program strategies and analysis
- Daily communication with clients to consistently deliver high-quality, smooth and timely work
- Managing programs P&L to ensure optimize resources allocation
- Subject matter expert in Display, including Programmatic media buying, with knowledge in SEM, SEO, Social and Affiliates
- Travel across APAC Region if necessary
- 10+ years solid experience of media planning in agencies, with at least 2 years of media supervisory experience
- Outstanding on media planning, negotiation and performance analysis with excellent understanding of the digital environment
- Mature and thoughtful candidate with excellent communication skills
- Strong project management and performance management skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Ability to lead a team, as well as the whole department
- High level of flexibility
