The concept of ultilizing automated advertising platforms are still relatively a new idea, so to help the company bring these amazing products to the public, they are looking for a number of Business Development Managers to introduce these sets of products to marketing agencies and/or direct clients.

As an Business Development/Account Manager, while you will try to cross-sell/up-sell the companies’ new services and products to a list of existing clients, you will also participate largely into the exploration of potential new business, or collaboration partners/clients.
You will master the company’s product and services, including the automated digital advertising platform, publisher engagement tool, and a KOL/Micro-influencer shopping portal, etc.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis; generate new collaboration/client leads; meet with potential clients to develop mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities between the clients and the company products
Hit set KPIs of new business/collaboration targets
Working with operators and product owners, you will help ensure client’s digital advertising solutions are well taken care of, products delivered on-time and on-quality
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related subject
At least 3 to 4 years experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment within top level digital media or digital advertising agencies
Experience in an Account Servicing, Project Management, or Business Development capacity
Would be ideal if you possess a list of potential clients you can turn into business
Proven experience in participating in higher level business pitches, ideally with a track record of successful wins
Highly flexible, ability to adapt into ad-hoc projects across various digital marketing technologies, with a passion to learn and stay on top of trends
Must be a self-starter, be able to perform as an individual contributor with minimal supervision, yet is a good team player
Fluent English a must, Cantonese and Mandarin essential
