The replacement role is from the rising star among the digital advertising industry in Asia which focuses on advertising technology development and strategic digital media planning. Having its in-house flagship product which integrates multiple digital platforms across devices and network, which revolutionize the media landscape and pave the way for this advertising technology company to be one of the fastest growing one within the field.

 
The role:

They are looking for a Senior Manager of the Programmatic Advertising Team to:
 

  • Develop and implement the company’s programmatic selling strategy
  • Operate the company’s ad serving platform as well as other similar tools, such as Google Ad Manager, SSP’s in order to drive yield optimisation and improve operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with internal product development team to optimize and maximize the campaign delivery
  • Actively identify and grow the digital advertising opportunities of company’s business partners / vendors
  • Explore new revenue opportunities on digital advertising technology
  • Hands – on experience and expertise on digital advertising platforms  

 

Requirement:

  • 5+ years account servicing / marketing experiences in digital marketing / advertising agency
  • Solid 3 years + as a team lead
  • Background in media buying, digital ad serving, yield and optimisation management
  • Hands on experiences quantitative techniques, for example front-end programming
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / Javascript is a must
  • Knowhow on digital ad tools (Google Ad Exchange, DFP is plus)
  • Solid people management experience to guide the team achieving team’s target
  • Actively evaluate and analyse the cost and performance effectiveness of the digital campaign
  • Provide constructive insights and suggestions on inventory distribution and pricing strategy
  • Regularly forecast the inventory status for internal stakeholders (sales team and demand partners)
  • Bridging up the relationships between Ad Ops team and advertisers Engagement Team
  • Strong analytical mindset and sensitive to market updates
  • Leadership for nurturing junior teammates  
  • Entrepreneurial & business mindset which can be initiative to grow with the company as well as the client
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate the work flow with different parties and external pitching

Salary and Benefit: 

  • Up to 50k monthly salary
  • Performance Review twice a year
  • Year – end Performance Bonus (up to 3 months)
