Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ERP, CRM, HRM solutions
- Develop targeted markets and generate business leads/opportunities for solution
- Plan, formulate, execute and manage sales strategies
- Manage and perform full sales cycle (prospectcalling, lead generation and qualification, quotation and proposal preparation, solution demonstration and presentation, closing etc)
- Achieve sales targets
- Develop and manage relationship with customers, prospects, business partners and associates
General Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, ITor other related disciplines
- Strong network in IT fields and goodrelationship with customers in the differentmarkets/industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, consultative selling skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Good sales management and team leading skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, aggressive, initiative, mature, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2years of direct sales experience with proven records in promoting and selling one or more Business Management Solutions(HRM / ERP / CRM)
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management roles
- Good knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRM in Hong Kong market
- Candidate with less experience or management skill may be considered as Business Executive or Product Executive
